Prices are based on the rate applicable on the date the let commences, and on a maximum number of 2 persons (+ baby). Bed linen is included in the price, but not towels. All services and fuels are included.
Lets run from1600 hrs on Saturday of arrival until 1000 hrs on Saturday of departure.
Your telephone booking will be held on option for ten days, and will be made firm upon the receipt of a completed booking form and a deposit of 25% of the total rental. The balance should be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Should the booking be cancelled for any reason the deposit will be refunded only if the holiday is resold, therefor we suggest that you take out cancellation insurance.
A refundable breakages and damage deposit of £75 will be payable with the balance of payments.
