THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BOOKING PLEASE READ AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING: ‘I have read and agree on behalf of all members of my party to the booking conditions of R & M Piggott. I enclose a cheque for £100.00 as reservation deposit and agree to pay the balance not later than six weeks prior to the commencement of the hiring’.
A separate cheque for £50.00 refundable breakages deposit should be included at the same time please. Thank you.

Please read the following standard conditions of booking. By agreeing to
them you are entering into a contract between R & M Piggott and all the
members of your party.
1. CONFIRMATION - of your booking will be sent to you when we receive your form and £100.00 deposit. It is understood that the person signing the booking form is acting on behalf of all members of the party. All correspondence will be with that person.
2. FINAL PAYMENT - of the balance due for the holiday period together with the £50.00 returnable deposit breakage's deposit must be made not less than six weeks before the beginning of the reservation. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the booking deposit.
3. CANCELLATION - In the event of your having to cancel the reservation please telephone in the first instance and confirm in writing. This will be acknowledged by return of post. Cancellation after the deposit has been paid will result only in the loss of the deposit. If you have to cancel within six weeks of the commencement date the total amount remains payable. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover this eventuality.
4. As the person signing the booking form you agree to let only the persons named on that form occupy the property. Parking of caravans and pitching of tents is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the hiring without refund if this condition is broken.
5. You agree to pay for all missing or damaged items and any damage to the property itself if such damage is attributable to you or a member of your party. You also agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
6. We are responsible for payment of all local taxes, water and electricity charges and the supply of bottled gas for the cooker.
7. Alterations to booking dates after payment of the deposit will incur a
re-invoicing charge of £10.00
If we have to change your reservation prior to your departure due to unavoidable
circumstances, we will at our expense, endeavour to find similar alternative
accommodation. If we are unable to do so we will refund your money in
full.
8. We do not accept liability for happenings outside our reasonable control -- for example ferry delays or cancellation, delays due to government or industrial actions or inconvenience resulting from bad weather conditions.
