If you wish you may postpone this decision till nearer the time, but I would appreciate a fortnight's notice.
You will find a bottle of bottle of wine, beer and six eggs in the cottage with my compliments.
The supper hamper @ 27.50 € consists of: French Stick - ham/cooked turkey - pâté: smooth/coarse Cheese: Brie / Camembert / other Quiche: ham & cheese / cheese only

BOOKING CONDITIONS
PRICE INCLUDES: Linen, bedding, electricity, cooker gas, constant hot water, heating. Use of swimming pool and bicycles. The linen and towels are changed weekly, pool towels fortnightly.
RENTAL PERIOD: Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, arrival time is 3 p.m. or later, departure 10.30 a.m. at the latest. Please let me know if you are going to arrive much later than 5 or 6 p.m.
CLEANING: Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay and leaving the cottage clean and tidy on departure. In the event that more than the normal time is required to bring the cottage up to standard, a deduction will be made from the damage deposit.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: On arrival a cheque for £ 50 will be required to be held against damage. Providing there is no problem the cheque will be returned the week following your holiday.
INSURANCE: It is a condition of letting that you have adequate Holiday Insurance for your Personal Liability. The use of the Swimming Pool and of the bikes is at your own risk.
CANCELLATION: Should you have to cancel you must inform me immediately and confirm in writing. You may pass your booking on to someone else with my written agreement or I will do my best to re-let and if successful will refund all monies.
PAYMENT: A deposit per week of 120€ for low season and 180€ is required to secure the booking. The balance is due ON ARRIVAL.
