Prices are inclusive of:- electricity, gas, hot water, logs for the wood burning stove in the winter months, and a "welcome pack" on your arrival.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at a cost of £10 per set per bedroom per week.

A deposit of £75 per week will confirm your booking, and the balance to be paid not later than 8 weeks before your holiday dates.
