DEPOSITS: A deposit of 30% of the total of the vacation rental is due within
10 days of making your vacation rental reservation. For last minute reservations
of 29 days or less before your arrival date, the total cost of the vacation
home rental is payable within 10 days of making your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: The following cancellation charges will be due:
- Cancellations received 43 days or more before arrival date: 10% of the vacation
home rental.
- Cancellations received 42 days to 29 days before arrival date: 50% of the
vacation home rental.
- Cancellations received 28 days to two days before arrival date: 80% of vacation
home rental.
- Cancellations received one day before arrival, arrival date or after the
arrival date: 100% of vacation home rental.
No refund can be made of any insurance premiums.
