-The property is always inspected between lets to ensure it is ready for your arrival. Before you leave you are requested to ensure the house is clean and tidy and that you have replaced any household items you have used and any items that have been damaged.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of £100 will be added to the final payment (see Note 2 on the Booking Form). This will be returned within 3 weeks of the keys being returned to me (provided there has been no damage or breakages and there are no outstanding payments).
Insurance
All monies paid are to be considered non-returnable. I would strongly advise you to take out an insurance policy which includes protection against cancellation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1. Booking and payment arrangements are as indicated in the property details. Provisional bookings will be held for seven calendar days to allow receipt of the completed booking form and initial payment.
2. On receipt of a completed booking form and deposit a reservation will be considered firm. A booking confirmation form will be issued which will state the balance due no later than two calendar months prior to departure.
3. The guest may cancel the holiday at any time provided that this is notified in writing by the guest who signed the booking form.
4. The owners of Normandy Homes reserve the right to cancel any holiday at any time, with a full refund of monies paid, if necesssary due to circumstances beyond their control, or if the guest defaults in payment of the due balance by six weeks prior to departure when forfeiture of the deposit will apply. Compensation payments will not apply in these circumstances.
5. Deposits and rental are non-returnable once paid. Guests are advised to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover losses to themselves or possessions, cancellation costs or travel delays. Vehicle breakdown insurance is also advised.
6. Guests must ensure that they are in possession of the necessary passports or visas.
7. Guests are responsible for the provision of all linen including kitchen towels and cot bedding.
8. The damage deposit of 100 pounds per property will be refunded within three weeks of the return of the keys assuming that the property has been left in a decent condition and contents have not been damaged. It will be retained if any of the terms and conditions of booking are broken.
9. The rental period commences at 16.00hrs on the first Saturday.
10. The property must be vacated by 10.00hrs on the day of departure. Guests should leave the property in the same condition in which it was found and replace any damaged items. The owners reserve the right to deduct from the damage deposit the cost of any damage or breakage or necessary extra cleaning.
11. Except by prior arrangement no more than the maximum number of persons stated in the information leaflet may occupy the property. All guests must be as detailed on the booking form. Bookings are not transferable.
12. It may be necessary from time to time to afford access to the property to allow maintenance.
13. Guests are requested to respect the boundaries of the property and the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.
14. Responsibility for injury, loss or damage occurring to guests or their belongings is entirely at the user's risk.
- The properties in this brochure are inspected regularly and the owners have sought to ensure the accuracy of the details. No responsibility can be taken for changes beyond their control.
- Terms and Conditions of booking are deemed effective on dispatch to the guest of a written confirmation of booking.
