INSURANCE: It is adviseable to take out cover for Personal Indemnity Holiday Insurance including cover for Cancellation of Holiday for all your party. The Client is responsible for all injuries to himself and to all those accompanying him. This is normal procedure in France, and is requested by the French Tourist Office for all holiday-makers, in order to ensure a carefree holiday.

It is also adviseable to obtain an E111 Form to cover medical expenses, but please be aware that a top-up Insurance is required when travelling abroad. Please ensure that you are adequately covered.

 

 

PECHAUDE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

COMMENCEMENT OF THE BOOKING
The property will be available from 4.00 pm on the day the booking commences. The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the booking.

CAPACITY OF THE GITE
The normal capacity of the property is 4 - 6. Additional occupants must be declared and agreed at the time of booking and could be subject to increased rates.

EQUIPMENT
A full inventory will be sent on request. Duvets and pillows are provided. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are available at an extra charge (see general information on details about Pechaude). NO TOWELS MAY BE TAKEN OFF THE PREMISES FOR BATHING, ETC. TOWELS FOR THIS USE MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT.

ON ARRIVAL
A returnable deposit of 322 Euros or an English Cheque for 200 pounds sterling will be required. If there are no breakages and the property is returned to us, in the state in which you found it, then your deposit of 322 Euros or 200 pounds sterling will be returned to you in full. However, if you wish to avail yourselves of extra time for holiday and not have to clean the Gite, then 48.30 Euros or 30 pounds sterling will be deducted from your returnable deposit.

CANCELLATION
Over 6 weeks prior to arrival, deposit forfeited.
42 - 92 days, prior to arrival, 50% cost
28 - 8 days, prior to arrival, 75% cost
7 days or less, prior to arrival, 100% cost

GAS, ELECTRICITY AND WATER
These are included in the rent. However, heating will cost extra for bookings outside the Summer season.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS/CARS
The use of the accommodation and any amenities is entirely at the user's own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the user's or other visitor's belongings.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to avoid personal injury, Client's must take every reasonable precaution in respect of themselves and their dependants and act in a responsible manner at all times.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
In the unlikely event of a complaint, it must be notified at once to your host or hostess.

HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The hirer is responsible for leaving the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition as found on arrival. Damage or breakage left unreported could result in part or all of the breakage deposit not being refunded. Deposit on arrival will be sent to you within one week of your departure.

Every effort has been made to ensure the representations contained in our advertising through the following sources: web page; display cards; leaflets and accompanying documents are made in good faith, neither they nor any oral representations made by us will create any liability on our part.
