The Cider House accommodates 2+ guests
Kermavio is a small farming hamlet consisting of one dairy farm, one arable farm, three private houses and us, all clustered together with fields radiating in all directions. It is almost completely surrounded by trees, beyond which there are stunning views across the fields to distant villages and tree-clad hills beyond. A break in the trees allows some of the views to be seen from our gardens.
Our prices include gas, electricity, water, a weekly laundry service, a laundry room and use of barbecues. A boules court and undercover parking are provided and the large lawn and gardens are for the benefit of all guests.
The only extras are the ones you choose – linen hire, a professional final clean and/or port collection and return. Please ask for details.
We will be happy to do some basic shopping for you at cost. If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will do our best for you.

A spacious one bedroomed gite, The Cider House is conveniently arranged on the ground floor and was completely refurbished, including furniture and white goods, for the year 2000. Being centrally heated and double glazed, it is available all year. Entrance is through a traditional French 1½ door into a small lobby. This leads into the gite itself with walls that have never heard of a spirit level.

Double French windows lead to a small, sunny, south east facing patio with garden furniture.
| The double French windows and the high vaulted ceiling reaching almost to the apex of the roof are just two of the features of the airy living/dining room. Two sofa-beds add to the flexibility of the accommodation.
