Arrival Saturday, between 15H00 and 21H00
Departure Saturday, before 10H00

Prices include :

· Electricity and water charges for normal use (any excess usage will be charged and payable to the caretaker on departure)
· Duvets and Pillows Linen and Towels, including bottom sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases for each bed, Bath towel per person and Hand towels.

Please bring your own Beach Towels.
Deposit

Refundable Deposit for Breakages --- 110,00 Euros
Cleaning charge --- 40,00 Euros

The total amount of 150 Euros is payable on arrival to the caretaker.
The deposit is refundable, less any charges due, on departure.
