Entry to the house is through a large cool hallway where there is a sofa, a nice spot on a very hot day. The hallway leads to a very large lounge, which is equipped with handmade pine furniture and a woodburning stove. The dining table seats 8 to 10 people and there are comfortable sofas and armchairs for 10.

A beautiful elm staircase leads from the hallway to a pretty landing, off which there is a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, and w.c. 2 steps up lead to an oak beamed corridor with 4 comfortable bedrooms, also with oak beams. 3 rooms have double beds and 1 has twin beds. All rooms have hanging wardrobe space, mirrors with light and drawer chests. At the end of the corridor there is a further modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and w.c.

The kitchen is directly off the lounge. It is large and well equipped with a dual fuel cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is also a further dining table and chairs. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin. There is an automatic washer in an outbuilding nearby.
