BOOKING CONDITIONS AND NOTES

BOOKING INFORMATION Please check availability before completing the Booking Form.
We will then confirm your dates are available.
Confirm your dates and send the Booking Form together with your deposit cheque.
Regrettably we cannot hold bookings without a deposit for more than 7 days.
Normal 'takeover' time is 4.0 pm. Please vacate by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
If you are staying for more than one week, the grass will be cut on a weekly basis and the Pool serviced when required.
This will be carried out at times designed to create the least inconvenience.
Security Deposit - We try to be as sympathetic as possible over small mishaps/breakages and rely to a large extent on your honesty in reporting the same.

The property is 'serviced' between each let, but we expect the house to be left in a clean and tidy state.

We try to be sympathetic in genuine cases of illness or bereavement and if the property can be re-let a full or part refund, less a small administrative charge, will be made.

Booking Deposit - 35% of full rental on booking (25% on bookings made before end March 2004) , balance 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
All beds with duvets. Linen and towels can provided at charge of £10 per person. Cot if required provided free
