The amenities within the house are modern. There is a washing machine and ironing facilities. The accomodation is situated on one level. The sitting room./bedroom is quite a large room nicely furnished with a settee, table television. also a double bed and a wardrobe. There are two doors, one to the garden and the other to the kitchen/diner. The Master Bedroom is next to the bathroom and contains a double bed and a single, wardrobe and bedside lockers. This room also has a door to the garden. Bed covers and duvets are provided as are waterproof undersheets if required. |

| This is part of the kitchen diner and has ample room with seating for five. Situated at the end of the kitchen diner is a large 'fridge. The Kitchen is well equiped, with gas hob and electric oven. There are ample cupboards, work surfaces and plenty of crockery andcutlery The bathroom is quite large, has normalwashing facilities, shower and toilet. Also, the washing machine is situated here. |  |
