Accommodation. The villa has two bedrooms (one double bed and two singles), a large living/dining/kitchen area, bathroom with toilet and shower and an extensive terrace overlooking the river. The house equipment includes a washing machine, fridge, cooker and barbeque. A large wood burning stove provides heat for the whole house during the winter. Blankets, pillows and pillowcases are provided, but not sheets.

The Living Room
With the exception of the winter months, all the electricity you use is included in the rental – but please do not leave electrical appliances on when not in use, or when you are out. The fuse box and master switch are on the left of the side door. Water Heater. Water heating is by a hot water tank in the roof. |
You should find everything you need during your stay. If any items are broken or fail to operate, please tell me after your holiday. The only items of bedding we supply are blankets, pillows and pillowcases. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. There is no laundry service available, so we would appreciate if you could wash the pillowcases before you depart.
Wood Burning Stove. In cooler season, the stove will heat the whole house. You will find wood for the stove stacked in the garden at the end of the house.
Toilet. As with most toilets in France, the system works on a septic tank. Great care has to be taken with the system to prevent blockages.Facilities:
