The net prices vary from 849 to 2000 €uros per week depending on the chosen week

This is sharply priced and lower than through an agency. Please look at the site properly as this is real value for money! . After departure a surcharge of 100 Euro is levied for linen and cleaning. A guarantee fee is levied of 250 Euros. This will be returned after inspection. You are requested to pay 10% after acceptance and the remainder before ten weeks before you enter the house.
